Maintenance Request

As a Tenant of Besser+Co.,  you can post a job via an email, phone call, sms, whatsapp, or messenger. Here’s how!

Posting the Job via the on-page chat bot

Posting the Job via a Phone Call

Tenants can place calls to the automated maintenance service to (+61272018303). Once they have finished providing the detail of your maintenance request you are sent a text message to review the drafted job and attach any pictures or videos before it is submitted to the property manager.

Posting the Job via SMS

You can lodge maintenance via the automated SMS service. Once you have finished providing the detail of their maintenance request, you are sent an SMS to review the drafted job and attach any pictures or videos before it is submitted to the property manager.

  1. You can simply drop an SMS to (+61480019119) to our Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services.
  2. Once you have sent an SMS mentioning what the issue is, the job will be drafted, and you will receive a link where you can change the job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.
  3. Once you edit the job-related information, you can proceed into posting the job through the email by confirming the job details.

Posting the Job via an Email

As a Tenants of Besser+Co. you can send emails to our automated maintenance service inbox. Once you have finished providing the detail of your maintenance request, you are sent an email message to review the drafted job and attach any pictures or videos before it is submitted to the property manager.

  1. Send an Email to maintenance@maintenanceplus.com.au describing what the maintenance issue is.
  2. Once the issue has been received, then the job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you change any job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

Posting the Job via Messenger

You can lodge maintenance with messenger via the automated messenger service. Once you have finished providing the detail of your maintenance request, you are sent a link to review the drafted job and attach any pictures or videos before it is submitted to the property manager.

  1. You can simply drop a chat to Bricks and Agent Maintenance Services page on Messenger
  2. Once you initiate a chat on Messenger, you are requested to select whether the chat is to log a maintenance request or send a message.
  3. Once you have selected to log maintenance, then you will be requested to enter your mobile number, where a PIN will be generated for you to validate the mobile number against your property. Upon successful mobile verification, you can create a maintenance request.
  4. The job will be drafted, and you will receive a link where you can change the job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.

Posting the Job via Whatsapp

You can lodge maintenance with Whatsapp via the automated whatsapp service. Once you have finished providing the detail of their maintenance request, you are sent a link to review the drafted job and attach any pictures or videos before it is submitted to the property manager.

  1. You can simply drop a chat to us via WhatsApp to our Bricks & Agent service (+61480019292) describing what the maintenance issue is.
  2. Once the issue has been described, the job will be drafted and you will receive a link where you can change the job information such as job title, description, urgency, key collection, attach any photos, videos related to the job and post the job.
